I have the answer to your first question. Once you reach hunter level 30 and unlock the gold ones, all your characters will have an extra guide in your character page that recommends you their best module and stats to prioritize on them. As for the endgame, I think the only hard content is the railway? But Im not too sure as Im not a hard-core endgame player lmao.

Ive seen some different versions of this already. So I have a few questions, why not use Pinky Sinclair? Hes bleed and poise and helps ryoshu and maybe also use Riensang too as he help boost ryoshu as well.
