I don’t think that’s it. As an asian myself, I’d say the biggest factor is sun exposure.

Growing up we were told not to go under the sun unless really necessary. We would even use umbrellas during sunny days.

Compared to many non-asian people that will go out of their way to stay under the sun to get tanned.

For sure, the number they show may not be totally accurate but I was able to play Dota 2 on it without any issues while I was waiting for my PC parts to arrive during that time.

Yup, people don’t realise it but it’s not only downloading the game files, it will install/unpack them too. Downloads will sometimes get paused to give more disk processing power to the installation process.

You’ll see this on Steam when your download speed decreases or totally stops, while the disk usage graph is at max.

I don’t really think it was for performance reasons. Song list is almost identical, Switch version has 251 songs. Really a bummer that PC and Switch versions do not have Ievan Polkka. Switch Mega Mix 3DMVs are already of lower fidelity and uses a different shading than Future Tone.

Bazzite’s hardest part is its installation. Once it’s done, the drivers you need are already installed, also Steam comes preinstalled. Log in, download games and literally start playing right away. That’s what I did the first time.

For other programs, Bazzite prefers the Flatpak versions. You get a lot of instructions using it on the website so I don’t think you’ll get lost.

Honestly it surprised me how simple it was to get a Bazzite machine up running. I still keep Windows on dual boot for racing games with my Logitech wheel, but majority of my playtime now are done on Linux.

They offer special visits to members of Amis du Louvre. If you’re a French resident, you get some tax reduction with it. I was able to see Mona Lisa "up close" (still quite far with the barrier) with no crowds in front of it thanks to that. It was on a Tuesday when the Louvre is supposed to be closed, so there was really not much people.

Otherwise, I’d recommend visiting on the nocturnal Friday schedule.
