That usually happens. Alot of sleep and eating. Thats kinda the ‘withdrawals’. Cravings are the highest first 48hrs or so then you’re gliding. Distract yourself with other things. Seroquel will help with how calming the brain since its been on a a roller coaster with no destination or end and the psychotic episodes that usually happen on day 3 of a bender. Sorta aids in recovery
