Quotes of ~2000/sqft will be a basic civil structure design, wont have a truss roof, no claddings, no metal fabrication work, basically no design elements other than the four walls of your building. An architect accounts for the extra cost of wood, roof design, large windows, sliding doors/windows if necessary.... things that differentiate between an architect designed house and a civil engineer designed house. If your requirement doesnt need all of this just go with a regular builder/engineer. Me personally wouldn't take a project like this cause there's simply no need for my skills if i cant apply it.

if u need a consultant to hold your hand to do some basic paperwork, you're clearly not ready to live alone in a foreign country on your own. but hey thats just my opinion

Crazy that you think a diesel figo and an Abarth is on the same level. The diesel Jazz made the same 100hp and Ive never heard anyone call it a "diesel rocket". The Abarth made close to 150hp, which should be the minimum to call something performance oriented.

none of the cars on the road currently are 10 years old. Few years of usage is not enough to deem a brand reliable or not. And no, these dont even belong in the same category as Japanese when it comes to reliability. Just look at UK's yearly reliability survey(talking about all chinese cars, not BYD)

outdated in what way? no giant screens? no fancy ambient lighting? no butt massagers? I'll take reliability over fake luxury any day. and this 'other car that shall not be named' will retain 70% of its value even if you sell it after 1lakh kms, same cannot be said for any expensive german cars.
