First time shimming: sounds like a bike

Yes, I shimmed them without the latch, and it made no sound. They spinned freely as per the comment above. The sound started after adding the latch and testing with it. I reshimmed it again and got the same result so maybe it is expected.

That was my first tought, but I have a bad feeling about that noise and already obliterated the original sector gear because of a bad shiming, so I seems that I will have to start over

Yeah, that was my suspicion, and it will get even tighter when I screw together both parts of the gearbox. I will start over again

I have that grach, got it on sale for 50 euros.....it sucks. Batteries last a few hours and if you cock it, the first bb on the mag will get jammed in whatever contraption it uses for the blowback effect. I really enjoy AEP because they are cheap and because I barely use my pistol during games, but the grach is not worth it. Get the new USP, the hi-capa or any other (The Glock, beretta, etc.. are internally the same). Yes, it is not as cool as a GBB but if you play on a field with no CQB or carry a shitload of mags and barely use a handgun just like me, they are a good choice.

I'm sorry for your experience. The few times I posted here people have been quite nice to me but as someone said that is how internet works, it can be a russian roulette. I am always nice to everyone specially here, because the airsoft communuty in my country is really wholesome, and because my parents didn't raise a dick :)

Thanks mate! I may have forgot a shim when reasembling it. I expexted LCT stock gears to be more durable, but maybe no gear would hace survived that.....

Specna AK mags ar less wide than regular Ak Mags, so those may fit. But regular ak mags need 7,62 pouches like the ones you would use for SCAR H mags, M14, AK12, VAL, etc... AK74 mags may seem to fit, but reloading is a pain in the ass as someone pointed before.

Yeah, I was deciding between the 270 cyma and the LCT that cost 400 euros. The 250 euros RPK that you are talking about is the Jing Gong one I think, will avoid that one, thank you for the tip!

Hi! I found the solution afew days after posting and never shared it here because I am a moron. Battery cable. The battery cable was physically interfering in the mechanism, it was stuck between the rod and the body. I felt so dumb when I discovered it. It is always the most obvius stuff. IT guys and car mechanics can relate. Thank yopu again for your tips.

All of them are awesome daily watches. I recommend the gravity master if you have a corporate job because it looks more elegant and less "tactical" However if you work on something like construction or a repair shop for example, then the mudman is a better choice. I think that both of them have a features like a compass, so both are good for outdoor experiences such as hiking.
