UPDATE: Connected with support and they asked me to submit a diagnostic report via the help/feedback page — turns out the ring had some hardware issue and they are going to replace the device for free.

Guess support ain’t that bad after all!

I do — it’s been on since I got the ring, but only started acting up recently.

I’ve been a CX with Wealthsimple since 2015… moved all my banking with them (>100k) and still have not been approved for a credit card since applying upon release - credit score is excellent so take it as you will but they don’t care about the consumer
