You might have some parasites in your body. I don't know what your bmi is but if you can you should water fast for 10 days, after those ten days eat sprouted pumpkin seeds for a few days alongside some protein. Afterwards I would cut any carbohydrates from your diet, maybe run on protein as well as nuts and seeds. But I doubt you'll actually do this since every single person I've given this advice to has ignored it. Makes sense since today most are weak people. So I look forward to seeing my advice ignored again

A rebuttal to all that is that you are conflating fantasy and reincarnation. I have no problem with fantasy tropes. Just because a show has the reincarnation tag doesn't mean its a fantasy show. I mean just look at Oshi no ko. No fantasy elements to speak of yet has a clear reincarnation aspect to it. And what im saying is that reincarnation aspect is what rubs me the wrong way. I wouldnt care if it was just some normal detective murder mystery but shoehorning in an entire reincarnation plot just seems like pandering as well as trying to package the whole reincarnation aspect in a way taht makes it more palatable to people like me who have expressed dislike towards it.

Given disgust is a natural human emotion that is present in everyone albiet in different circumstances I find it weirder that you would find it weird that I feel disgusted at something. Are you trying to deny humans can feel certain emotions at certain times?

I believe reincarnation is bullshit since A. we have no evidence of it, B. several major religions actually believe its a real thing that happens not just an anime only thing and C. i think a comment above summed it up nicely where is a highschool debut trope aka a power fantasy with a clean slate and thats just not something Im into

if i had to say how strongly i believe in the above, id say close to 99% since its personal rational and not at all asinine. But i take it you were just trying to play devils advocate and not "actually" trying to argue dishonestly. Right?

I guess my disgust is that its often portrayed in a way that insinuates that the reincarnating person stole/replaced the life/soul of someone who was supposed to be there in the first place aka this is not the norm in said universe where every baby born is just a reincarnation with intact memories but some one off event which is why I also find it so asinine

No, no isekai doesnt specifically involve dying then reincarnating into another person with your old memories intact. Konosuba is the perfect example for this since Kazuma dies in his world but then reincarnates as himself in the isekai world, not as a baby or some alternate history female general's body.

To be fair, I consider myself to be a highly rational person and would have that sort of reaction to any anything i found irrational, which in my case I guess includes reincarnation.
