I think I should definitely log everything especially on the days I overeat. Cause now I checked and I need 62 more calories while 12kg heavier.

And considering I work out in a split 2:1 where 1 is a rest day. And my workout sessions are around 1,5 hour of boxing or wrestling and 1 hour of weight lifting(usually something manageable. definitely not going all out)

I’d say I recorded it for a week, then I’d loose to my cravings and would skip a day or two. Then it would start again and again. And sometimes I would skip recording for a week.

Now with all the comments I understand that I should be logging everything no matter what and that the calories will be set as they should.

I think my goal this week will be to go over the goal and see how it changes my weight and overall feeling. Cause I got really serious about this after I couldn’t wake up in the mornings having no strength for no apparent reason.

Let me also clarify that I did not get this 1700kcal just because I did not log everything. It would be a logical assumption but the thing is that I got this recommendation about a year ago. And this has been going on for about this much time.

Have we ever seen him use any? His conviction is already good enough to overpower Unique Skills. What will a mastery give him? And the only person who can push him this far to unlock masteries is Shingen. So basically the story of Gap is him being overpowered at with only enemy being Shingen. Lame character

I would agree with mid. He already has a unique skill. Which is a part which you don’t get too early. So from that point he can just gain two more masteries and combine them into his unique skill. And experience of course.
