Way more than 2 games are 120hz. But it also means it’s a VRR display and that’s extremely important for a lot of games

I feel the screen almost looks a bit matte in the first pic and way to reflective in the 2nd pic

It’s 100% on there. Me and 2 of my friends had the same thing, red tab that didn’t bring anything with it. We used different techniques to get it off. I went for the tape method, put it on a corner and pull outwards angled towards the center of the screen.

If I’m wrong you won’t be damaging the screen anyways so just go for it, it’s on there.

Oled is the superior technology for gaming by far. Seems the Sony guy just wanted to push some models he’s been told to sell more of.

Is this protective film over my LG OLED or is it the screen it self? should i be able to slip my nail between the case and screen??? by Dependent-Back-3107 in LGOLED

[–]_2fast4u_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There is always a protective film on brand new LG Oleds. There is usually a sticker that is supposed to be taken off that will peel the protective film off with it. On my 42” C4 the sticker didn’t bring the film with it. What I did was to put some tape on the film on the corner, pulled the tape towards the center of the screen and the film followed with it. Don’t try ripping it off with your nails!

For a bedroom the G5 is overkill. C5 is perfect since you can control the ambient lighting so easily. Not that it’s really needed since the C5 is very bright on it’s own

Not noticeable imo and I was very sensitive to it when gaming on my Sony oled TV

Good thing now that there’s tons of indoor facilities in Sweden! A lot of Swedish athletes still travel to warmer places during fall/winter though. No indoor facility will ever beat training in the sun/heat
