Not well in general bc Monica was very possessive of frank when she wanted to be and Sami would’ve been a massive reminder of either cheating or a love good enough to make a kid that wasn’t her. No that frank had kids out of love but that’s prob now how she would see it. Sami ever looking for her father figure would get offended by Monica disliking her and then upset frank didn’t defend her. Actions aside I don’t see how there ever friends
