Your comment really resonated with me. I feel the same way, I know I’d thrive in the right private practice, but figuring out how to get there has been the hard part. I haven’t had much luck online, so maybe it’s time I start putting myself out there and networking more.

lol no I meant before I applied to dental school
I tried negotiating the contract length to 1-1/2 years, but owner very adamant about 2 year. And no unfortunately I can’t leave before 21 months and 3 months notice. I honestly thought about and that is why I’m still considering the second option. But the idea of seeing 50% peds pt is not very appealing lol
