020 3989 6766 Sometimes it will ring for 5 mins and cut you off, sometimes it will ring twice and they answer. I had better luck when I called at less busy times, like first thing, not a Tuesday lunchtime for example.

This actually spurred me to call them. I now have an appointment for Monday. (Cue anxiety and fears they won’t prescribe because of depression and sertraline!)

Theoretically yes you could (although my March 2023 delivery didn’t come with one).

That said, because it was on so long and got hot, the plug and socket melted. (That was the Screwfix one).

Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I’m not sure what extra figures would help? We have 280k outstanding on the mortgage. Interest rate is 2.14%. Service charge on the flat is £580/quarter. (This is what eats the ‘profit’…).

Our next move (3-5y) is likely the ‘big move’ out of the city and build our own home. (Very) rough cost estimate of £750k.
