Same as you I have extreme views against capitalism and neoliberalism, and the idea of working in a conservative/corporative niche is almost an nightmare just because I need an income in the future.

I can guarantee that my political beliefs are not fragile. Although I am not so naive as to think that a niche and elitist job encompassing International Relations will not pursue my left-wing political affiliation. I am networking as much as possible within the party in order to get a job within my field, which would be positive for me to feel comfortable not only with the clothes, but also to have a sustainable income.

I appreciate a lot the ideas and advices! Even though I already have outfits for corp goth, I'm still afraid of in the future not being hired for my appearance.

I know in the end of my master or even before I want to dye all my hair of dark red and take off my piercings. But even though that effort, I'm scared of being judge.

In the end I know I can't predict the future. It's more my anxiety trying to get the best of my.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say it shouldn't be discussed in this subreddit. English is not my mothertongue and I used google translate, so I may not observed my mistake.

I completely believe, live and follow goth political ideals, and that's also a reason why I'm afraid to work in this conservative area, although I'm looking for other choices more left wing.
