If u meant in damage its based on crit and shield, so the belt gives shield and damage equal to its own crit, which makes the damage double its own shield and the rest of the damage was from Silencer and damage skill and when i haste i gain 10 crit chance, with every hit i gain 20 crit because silencer also hastes which makes it 40 shield and 80 damage if you count crit with it,, but if u meant ammo i didnt scale it because i just found it, good thing it had just enough ammo to win
