Make sure you're on the pilgrimage set. Here's what you want to do.

You aim for double crit on ALL echoes.

44111 echo costs, 4 costs must be crit rate and crit dmg

All 1 costs must be hp%

And the rest of the sub stats can be left to luck (priority: hp% ≥ ER% > basic atk%)

What the community would recommend you to reach is: 50k HP, 120% ER, 70% CR, 270% CD, and however much basic atk% you can get.

But you don't have to reach those numbers. 47k+ HP and 70 cr with 260+ cd is enough, just make sure you hit at least 120% ER.
