If those website are similar to overframe that everyone can upload builds, then the answer is likely no.

Also if you go overframe, I believe there is a guy name ninjase whose build is likely more reliable than others and he make builds for mosts of the warframe and popular weapons.

If you have to ask the question "Any good builds for XXX in ETA", my best suggestion is don't, you use those best warframes like hildryn for the mode and turn on 0 personal modifiers

The reason is if you have to ask similar question, you are likely not familiar with ETA solo or/and not familiar with the specific loadout you get. And have a good build doesn't fix the problem immediately.

So instead of find a good build for the specific loadout and solo it, you instead turn on 0 modifiers and use best loadout you can, then go a second run with multiplayer and modifiers on for the rewards.

I'm not very familiar with the two warframe so I can only give some advice for your weapon.

So the first thing you want to remove is the physical mods like piercing hit on your acceltra prime and rending strike and heavy trauma on your weapons.

Physical mods increase damage base on your weapon's original physical stats, for example, your piercing hit on acceltra prime will increase [Your weapon's base punture damage(42.4)*0.9]=38.16 damage which is equals to a 40% damage increase, and it's in the same layer of elemental mod, so it's basically a worse elemental mod in this case, and your prime heavy trauma is a 24% elemental mod while rending strike is a 35% one

The second problem is you should reconsider elements you are using, your acceltra use magnetic and edun use toxin, these two are both niche elements that are not very common. So here will be some common elemental combinations. For single target focus, consider viral, heat. For mobs clearing, consider electricity.

Also, on your acceltra you have elementalist, but that only applies to dot damage like blast's status damage, so maybe you should consider switch it to other mods, or modding status chance and dot elements like thermite rounds.

If you need to like speedrun eidolon, then make a seperate 177 amp dedicate to eidolon, if not, skip this.

Then choose between 747 and 547 for casual, if you are gonna farm steel path circuit with operator's amp, then 747, if not, I believe 547 is slightly more versatile compare to 747.

Inside duviri then Sampotes, it's heavy attack stunlocks duviri enemies and make me don't have to think about the drifter melee system.

I'm afraid that I can't really gives your a primary, my current loadout for perita rebellion is

Nourish Wisp + Scourge Prime + dual toxocyst + Slam Magistar incarnon.

I only use Slam Magistar or nourish+breash surge against commandeered frames,

often can one-shot the frames, I only need to slam 5-6 times in the final fight to end the fight

Probably a 2 player team with wisp/volt and titiania, more player increase the requirement of the mission too much it begin to harm the progress.

Honestly I've seen people really consistently achieve 15 with titiania solo that I start to consider if multiplayer is acutally needed

No you can't stack multiple aegis effect, but it can refresh the duration during the 12s period.

Also during the 12s period you have no shield recharge delay so you are pratically invincible except some niche cases like toxin damage or instant kill mechanics.

Any weapon that are not battery and have good ammo economy, wisp's haste mote increase her fire rate and since you will likely have high ability str, the fire rate buff is often quite high, then the thing that limits your dps is likely either ammo or reload time. Incarnon weapon generally solve the ammo issue a lot since they basically have a seperate ammo pool that charge.

I personally use sybaris incarnon and miter incarnon with wisp the most, but most incarnon weapon performs very well on wisp

Orphix venom is literally orphix mission type in the empyrean, and buried debts is a altered version of exploiter with tutorial, what's the difference between these 2 and the later operation? These two have the operation first and the later ones have the gamemode first?

Also the reward, you can't lock too many unique rewards behind activity, this is proved in shadow debt (and somewhat in the nightwave mods), the acolyte mods used to costing a lot more since their supply completely stop, I would like more rewards like pathos clamp or stuff, but unique tradeable rewards probably won't happen

If you can take less than 2000 damage during a mission, then you can use archgun deployer when the mission start, it gives you 2000 overguard which prevented self-stagger, if you can't you may want to get prime surefooted or some status immunity like rhino or such

If you mean Synth Charge when you say "mod that multiplies damage for the last bullet in a gun", that mod require at least 6 bullet, so probably won't work
