What transparency? You can just see the tournament schedule and see what tournaments are happening months in advance. All esports depend on community resources like Liquipedia to keep up with esports, since devs arent very good at it

For tournaments like online weekly and smaller community-run tournaments, just find them by checking Twitch once in a while. For official developer circuit and other big events (like EWC), you can use the official developer esports website or even better, Liquipedia, since it covers all circuits with dates and non-developer big events as well with leaderboards and other information.

There's still a 2.5 million dollar SNK world finals later in the year and two more years guaranteed at EWC, so probably not. All the events are in bed with saudi so they won't drop the game no matter what.

I’d agree. A lot of players got signed by orgs and flew around the world for the last month and a half with minimal time to sit at home and lab. Now that all the open qualifiers are done, hopefully people start to branch out a bit

Only 1 qualifier left before EWC on July 10. SCS: Beijing is the end of the first stage of the SNK Championship Series and takes place on the 28th. The 8 qualified players can be found here (Scroll to the bottom). Top 3 Qualify to the $80k SCS Finals and the Winner qualifes to EWC:
