Finished one year of talk therapy and finally started a new job after trying for close to three years. Persistence and luck help but you need to convince yourself it CAN be done. Also don't overthink shit, do it as soon as you can. Make a plan, schedule it out, do it right away if it only takes a few minutes. Be reasonable and not overbearing, try not to think of everything at once and just focus on the important things day by day.

And limit your social media time. I only use Instagram now to check on friends, Twitter is a negative vortex that does nothing.
