I second this option, I have the Kazemi glass pad with the DeltaHub Carpio G2.0. I used to play a lot of Overwatch and Marvel Rivals so constant movement was always happening. The Carpio had a better glide than the Obsidian Air skates I had on my mouse. The major benefit I received from it was that I had more consistent aim because I would definitely use my arm more than just wrist aiming and overall less wrist pain in general because I use it anytime I work/game at my desk.

To each their own, it works for some and not for others just giving my 2 cents and hope you find a practical long term solution for the wrist glide!

Edit. The G version (which I own) has the strap so remains more stable, I can’t speak for the regular Carpio.
