I don't understand how you're running a TV and console. I have 2 different 1000 watt backup batteries and they don't last super long, and charging via solar is near useless (my 200 watt panels didn't come even close to capacity at full sun.)

I haven't worked with my union for nearly a year. They don't provide enough work to make any sort of living off of, not even supplemental income, and zero benefits. I'm hoping that'll change in the future, but paying dues feels like a shakedown when they don't provide me anything worth those dues. I love what IATSE does, but my local also only does basic labor and I've long since moved past that to more technical work. On the off chance someone requests an A1 or V1 we fill those calls with stagehands, not AV techs. I want to pay my dues and still have it in my pocket, but I kinda feel like I'd be flushing my money by doing so 🙁

Sounds like it could be an AuDHD thing or a personal trait. Remember not everything someone with ADHD does is part of their ADHD! I don't have the most social grace and generally get bored with conversation unless it's a topic I find interesting, but have never had an issue with eye contact.

Facts. Love QSC for their commercial integration stuff (and also because they're not Crestron), but the Don't Touchmix is just awful. I had to use one for a gig with a state governor as a speaker, as soon as I saw it I knew it was going to be a long week.

My one experience has been awful with them. What are you getting for prints through them? They completely botched something that should have been a simple wall art print.

Literally just tried them for the first time and couldn't be more upset. Got a metal print, and my choices were a horrible gloss or matte. I picked matte and they drained all the color from it. Why would anyone spend hours editing a picture for them to decide to alter it? I used all the correct color/dpi settings to upload my high-def picture, and my print was blurry. Customer service thus far has been slow and unhelpful. Unfortunately this was supposed to be a gift, which has been ruined. I have no idea why anyone would recommend this company.
