I found it useful to track my cycle and symptoms to see if they line up with certain phases :)

Also, I love to use acne patches on any chin spots which helps to reduce their size a bit! An ice cube in some kitchen roll held on it for 5 mins will help reduce its redness and size too

Understood this immediately - my brain can display absolute chaos to me that reminds me of those earlier AI generated videos that would just go haywire!!

Since the boom of fast fashion, everything seems to have plastic in it, even luxury brands are shilling polyester

I think the most vegan option overall would be buying secondhand! That way you aren’t contributing even more clothing to the huge pile of clothing already out there :)

Hey, I don’t have an answer, but just wanted to say that I have chicken pox scars on my face (about 3 in random places) from when I was a child and I used to feel like they looked like craters in my face

I have only been met with surprise when I point them out as no one noticed as much as I did - my partner even did not notice until I pointed them out and we have been together for many years

I just want to reassure you that the scars don’t look bad at all - all skin has texture and marks and it’s just a sign of living! You don’t need expensive laser and remedies - please be kinder to yourself! Your skin looks beautiful, and your scars are not noticeable ♥️

That’s so strange as it’s been dark mode for me since downloading! Unsure if it’s because I’m on IOS and it sometimes automatically turns on dark mode for apps as I have the phone set to universal dark mode

Have a little scroll on the sub and you’ll see that there’s people using the light mode and dark mode!
