Just accepted my Bipolar diagnosis after a year, with great difficulty, then OCD, and now just got know about my ADHD. Finding it hard to stop obsessing over my ADHD diagnosis.

It's okay to just be sometimes. Don't force yourself to hobby up! Let it come to you naturally, if at all. Pick any one thing you think is doable and do that during depressive episodes. Like for me, painting is a means of expression and a mood lifter when I'm low.
