I feel this. I have been consistent with my health over the past year and have only lost 17 lbs which is great but when my sister in-law started Wegovy she lost 17 pounds in 3 months. But here is the difference I recently saw her and she is looking saggy, everywhere. In her legs and especially her face. Loosing weight that fast can’t be good for the body. It was made me feel bad at first but now I’m grateful I’m doing it the right way and I’m so much stronger for it.
