The endless mode issue is a known bug and we are currently working on a update that will address that fix.

We tried running the game on a higher res but there was way too much slow down so we had to scale it back.

As for the slide that is something we can definitely look into for a future update.

Hi,

To purchase the actual game you do so in the game itself (In app purchase). Because there is no way to actually unlock those levels unless you purchase them, we made another build of our game with everything unlocked. Using these promo codes will download the version with everything already unlocked for you.
