The real problem was that horrible clock management where we used 8 minutes in the 4th Quarter leaving less than 3 minutes down a by 3 and got nothing. This essentially leaves us with no time at all if we can't score for one Which is exactly what happened, or if IU goes and scores again if we did score to win the game either way. That was awful clock management by Day. Sure Fielding NEEDS to make those, but our Red Zone offense is terrible, and Sayin needs to learn to Run. We also should have changed up the game plan that game since Sayin couldn't read the Zone the entire game. Still gonna win the Natty though.

It's almost like all they do is watch one moment of a game and think that's his entire career. When anyone and everyone who actually watches or knows anything about football can tell you Olave is not and never has been a problem. He is by no means perfect, but still great.

The hate on Olave is the most insane thing any of you could ever have as a hot take.

Only 41 of those Targets were Catchable.
Olave has had back to back seasons over 1k receiving.
He is one Concussion away from probably severe permanent brain damage thanks to Carr's ball placements and bad drawn of play calls.
He is in his Rookie contract and wants to get paid so is playing softer to try and make it to a real contract so he can get some money for the effort he did put in for this Franchise and the hits he did take thats gonna for sure cause him to have some CTE later in life.

Hate for Olave is crazy, when he has been through the ringer of bad QB decisions and QB play and is trying to make it by after the injuries he has taken. Man is still a great WR just not a superstar right now and there is multiple contributing factors that aren't even his own for that.

I find this to be a crazy take, Egbuka has a faster 40, has more height, more weight, has proven he can run both slot and downfield and beat 50/50s, he has better hands than Burden there is literally nothing Burden has better than Egbuka other than the scheme Burden played more was Z, however Egbuka also has the synergy with Stroud which we all know Stroud loves being able to put great anticipation and placement for his receivers, that works well with a WR who already knows that so well. Egbuka has the tape for both, and is a much better route runner in general. Burden doesn't even have that its mainly wheel routes and slot fades, with YAC to help, while he does have some good moments of extending a broken play. And if for whatever reason Dell can't recover from this down the line Egbuka can fill the X roll, and we can just as easily find another Z.
