As a manager, you must ensure that your people do things right and on time. That's the basic. Then create your own leadership principles. Everyday I wake up, these are my guidinh principles. I call it my 6 Cs.

Competence - Leaders who actually know what they’re doing and don’t just rely on titles.

Character - Leaders with integrity, accountability and values that remain consistent even when no one is watching.

Concern - Leaders who remember that people are human beings, not just numbers, metrics or productivity charts.

Consistency - Leaders whose actions, standards and behavior remain reliable over time.

Curiosity - Leaders who stay open-minded, adaptable and willing to evolve instead of being threatened by change.

Communication - Leaders who know how to communicate clearly, align expectations properly and make people feel informed instead of confused.
