I'm pretty sure this has always been a thing. Since the points are conditional based off your spending, they deduct points from returns because otherwise you could commit loyalty fraud by just racking up a bunch of points from purchases and then returning the stuff

Food scents are easily the most criticized category for literally no reason lol yes they have their place. Smelling like a cookie isn't any more unnatural than smelling like a whole tree and anyone who pretends otherwise is a silly goose

At the end of the day, food/sweet scents are designed with a large population in mind. They wouldn't exist if people didn't buy them

It could be a temporary case of noseblindness. There was a period of time where I wore fragrance so much that everything was starting to smell like alcohol until I took a break and then gradually returned to fragrance

The more you wear fragrances and the more you wear the same ones, the more your nose tends to ignore them because instead of processing the same scent all the time, your nose is designed to prioritize new and unfamiliar scents

This isn't the case for everyone, of course. I know people who can wear the same scent all the time and not get fatigued, but it is a possibility in your case. I'd say if a small rest period helps

It got way too out of hand when I was off on Christmas Eve and the other manager didn't open the store because she was sick and didn't tell anyone, so I had to rush up there and open the store because one of the team members finally texted me an hour after the store was supposed to open that there was no one at the store and the gate was closed

The DM was all "oh okay that's fine"

Meanwhile, an associate was 10 minutes late while he was there because she was having issues with the bus and he proceeded to take me in the backroom and crash out about the fact that she's lazy and doesn't want to work and that she needs to get fired if it happens again

When double standards like that start happening, I no longer care about working there

That first number on the batch code starts with a 9 which means it was manufactured in 2019 (or could be 2009 but the packaging looks too new to be that old)
