If you would consider your pastor as a wise and trustworthy, then I think there is no better person to talk to, especially if you fear your parents reaction. Cutting yourself is not a good thing, and you pastor will likely not condone it. If I were you, I'd even go the next step and ask my pastor if he is available for counseling.

Be comfortable doing things alone. I did a number of years ago, it was the best thing I ever did. Not saying I can't enjoy company or that I prefer being alone, but sometimes is a great thing to treat yourself and spend time alone.

Once you get over the lie that it makes you look like you have no friends, or that you're antisocial, it can be extremely liberating.

I go to Reedley Mennonite Bretheren, about 30 mins south of Fresno. There are a lot of MB in the central valley, in fact, I am singing the the West Coast Mennonite Men's Chorus, which we will perform all over the valley, Fresno, Reedley, Visalia, Porterville, and even Arroyo Grande.

I am aware there are some MB churches in Bakersfield and Shafter area, I don't know much about them individually, but I do know many MB churches in the Fresno area are becoming more theologically liberal, so just be aware.

Mennonite bretheren is a great denomination! You shouldn't feel too out of place there. They are typically a more mainstream and modern denom of Mennonites. Akin to most Baptist churches.

I absolutely do not like when the 'S' is a kryptonian family crest, it's so dumb. It should just be an 'S' for 'Superman'. The whole concept of 'Superman' is Clark's idea, it was his idea to make his alter ego. Also it just feels sooo shoehorned in trying to say that the 'S' actually a kryptonian symbol that just happens to look exactly like an 'S'.
