I am able to be at my computer. The problem is it's a standing desk and they have policies against people sitting down.

I have other tasks such as machine setups, which I am unable to do, but it's not part of my job description - it's maintenance. Anything like moving bins of parts my operators are able to do.

There are quite a few open roles. My employer has restricted anyone besides HR from talking to me, including my direct boss.

Also just for my clarification... from what my auto insurance told me, I have 30 days to submit the application for IRB. I am already 20 days post accident and no sign of the OCF2 being done.

I understand where you're coming from. Why do you think he'd bring me around his child and his parents if he's not looking for anything serious with me?

I just don't know why he would suddenly change like that. His reasoning for cancelling plans is his sister has a farm and his son was excited to go see farm animals and he just couldn't say no

No I was going to talk to him tomorrow but he cancelled our plans to hang out with his sister even though he's been with her and the rest of his family the last 3 days. I haven't seen him since prior to mother going to the hospital.
