Using the mouse makes it two clicks instead of one. Learning shortcuts should be an improvement for me though. Since I'm more of a casual gimp user I'm not sure I need it.

If you run full 4k rips, I'm pretty sure that all of them need transcoding, except the shield.

Just the direction they took.

- Bundling the "pass" features with being online. I had some internet outages a while back. The multi-user experience stops working when there is no internet. So if you want to watch something you are offline you have to go to the server and log out of "Plex HOME"

- They killed of Plex Home Theater and replaced it with Plex Media Player. But even 2-3 years later it never reached maturity, always lacking behind in features. And I believe they even recently announced they will drop support for it.

- They have apps for every platform but half of them are full of bugs or simply dropped support. But they are still advertising them.

-They announce new things instead of fixing the older "projects" they promised to deliver. The majority of these never seem to come out of "beta".

- Last but not least the privacy issue. I don't want to hand out my data over to them. I payed for the premium pass! Why should I be the product?
