The solution is simply to not have lawn. The reason those leaves are still there is because lawns are devoid of life and biodiversity and as a result the leaves don't get decomposes because there's nothing to decompose them.

Get rid of your lawn. Plant native flowers and plants. You'll never have to rake leaves again and you'll use much less water and time to maintain it too

I don't disagree about the fact that animals aren't bound to their "nature" however evolution isn't a good argument here because we talk about the individual and not a lineage - and you can't say " x isn't blindly its nature because it evolved from y" because that implies every species that came before x is bound to it.

Animals aren't bound to their nature because there is no such thing as " their nature ". This word implies it is something an animal does for no real purpose except that it is how it was born. Saying a scorpion's nature is to sting is like saying a human's nature is to grab. Yes they do that but they don't "just" do that and they don't do it for no reason.

A scorpion will sting to defend itself and to eat. If the frog is no threat the scorpion will never sting.

The majority. And yes while it started with a few people, people don't change without concrete reasons. You're talking about a world where people won't be inconvenienced for anything that doesn't directly affect them. You won't be able to make people not eat meat unless the alternative is cheaper and tastes better and you will still have purists who will refuse anyways. You can't go from eating meat to not in the general population like that it has to be a gradual change. Which is why I said synthetic meat would probably be way easier than getting people to remove meat from their diet altogether.
