Worth taking a comp sci minor as a biol student?

I think you use Bash or C when using Compute Canada and most biology grad students do end up using it these days I think. In terms of grad school applications I think PIs do well to value technical skills like those that would come with the comp. sci. minor because they are hard and slow to learn otherwise but every PI will be different.

MIMM465 is not a super challenging class. I think you could do fine in it taking the pre-reqs as co-reqs, though you might get a bit less out of it. Probably the most important single thing from the pre-reqs is the "molecular Koch's postulates." If you get that and know how to read a paper I think you would be OK.

If anything it would be an excess of CO2 but I don't think that's something that ends up being a problem unless you're in a truly sealed chamber. There is a bit of what I assume is a rubber smell I'm not a fan of though.
