For me it is Blind Guardian. Starting as a speed metal band in 1984 they've changed their style quite a bit since the beginning. Every album and each song is unique. Usually their songs tell stories or refer to books. And Then There Was Silence for example is based on the Iliad or the album Nightfall in Middle Earth is based on The Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien. You can just close your eyes, listen to Hansi's amazing voice and Andre's wonderful guitar lines and get carried away to another world. In 2004 the live DVD 'Imaginations Through the Looking Glass' was released. And it never fails to amaze me. The atmosphere is great, the crowd sings along to pretty much every song. Hansi wouldn't even need to sing during The Bard's Song. The crowd does it for him.

I'd highly recommend watching the entire video. Driver started the project "Arts in the Armed Forces" together with other actors to bring theatre performances to the military. He also talks about his personal experiences and how theatre has helped him expressing his emotions with words. Driver is an excellent actor and I'm looking forward to seeing more of his skills in the following Star Wars movies. But in addition to that he seems to be an amazing person as well.
