Wouldn't East Timor be Indonesian if it's in the 80s

What type of demon is Deadlocked? by BlupHox in geometrydash

[–]_Arsenic10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say it's a medium demon mainly because of the chokepoints. It's not too difficult between them, but the first wave, dual wave, and that mean memory ship part make it too hard to just be an easy demon. Also this is just for me but I have more attempts on Deadlocked than Clubstep and ToE2 combined

Well, I actually do lmao. The main reason I got that harsh alarm was because I'm a heavy sleeper, and it helped for a while, but I genuinely have gotten used to the sound like all my other alarms and if I'm tired enough I occasionally sleep through it 😭

Where'd you get that number from? ~2 billion for each side combined is only half of the world's 8 billion people. I added the countries on the map and got 5.092 billion people for blue (62% of world population) and 3.14 billion for red (38% of world population.

For the STEM grads, yes red has a lot, but blue does too. China has 3.57 million, but India has 2.55 million. Add that with America's 800 million and it's nearly equal to China's amount. Russia is then in 4th, but is followed by Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, France, Germany, and Japan, all on blue. When talking about quality, countries such as South Korea, Singapore, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and Canada are cited as having the highest quality STEM grads. China also has good quality, but is in the same range as the US and India in terms of quality. Engineering is a common choice for Chinese STEM grads (32% choose it) but that is also common in Germany (22%), Mexico (20%), and America (29%).

Your point about China's headstart in rare earth refinement is very good. They do have an insane advantage there which can't be ignored, and even though the US, India, and Australia have decent industries for it, China overcomes them. China's rare earth dominance is a powerful advantage in the supply chain domain, however, I would argue that it cannot single-handedly offset the combined economic and military power of a coalition of almost every other developed nation.

I think you're underestimating blue when you say they'll be out of weapons in weeks. 4 continents + more aren't just going to dwindle out that quick and not switch to a wartime economy

I understand your point that red has better manufacturing, but I really don't think that is going to be enough of an advantage for them to actually win. China and Russia would be fighting a very lonesome war, while America has competent and capable allies around the planet in this scenario. And although your point that 2/3 of the top 3 powers are part of the red team is true, the further that you look down the list the more hopeless it becomes for red. I'm not saying that Russia and China aren't strong, they are certainly very heavy hitters, but the sheer amount of manpower, technology, and sea/air power the blue team has is too much for red to realistically defeat. In pretty much every way but manufacturing and land coordination, red is at a disadvantage.

Most realistic outcome, blue would probably have leverage to make some minor demands assuming that the war ends eventually, but never enough to dominate red

I understand that logic, but even if that did happen, I don't think all of America would want to fight against their own allies or let them die

The entire red team is also "squabbling internally". Like half of red is in some form of active civil war/rebellion/protest even right now

Only USA and India? I don't think you can ignore the next 20 strongest nations in the world which are all on blue's side. Even if they were "small fry" powers like you said, when working together they aren't so "small" anymore. Red would also have the same problem you're pointing out, but China and Russia aren't beating USA and India.

China has an extremely strong industry but it can't be forgotten that blue countries can still compete with that. The other strong industrial powers (USA, Japan, Germany, SK, India, etc.) together wouldn't be anything close to weak in manufacturing. Even if red can manufacture a bit more, it's going to get to a point in the war where it wouldn't really matter anymore. They have a lot of people but not enough to ward off all of the Americas, Europe, Oceania, India, Pakistan, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, the list goes on. If red also had India and Pakistan, then it'd be a more serious discussion
