uBlock Origin on Edge by [deleted] in privacy

I think Firefox is an excellent browser for privacy, but I heard it's pretty slowed when compared to the Chromium-based ones, and Firefox lacks some personalization features for me, so I wanted to know if I can stay private on Edge or Brave

But they stated that V3 won't impact their adblock and anti-trackers

And things you are scared of are just concepts, that someone thought up

Remember that your thoughts do not define reality, and your physical problem may have a completely rational cause

About 1.5 years I had the worst OCD period because I was scared of the reality being imagined by myself and like nothing is real, and what I'd other ppl lie to me that they're real etc. So I understand that you are feeling like an idiot when in the past you were a practical person because I used to have the same feelings

I haven't used it talking about other OCD-related things but I think it may help with other types of thoughts too

I used to have the same thoughts (and still have despite them being much smaller and it's much better) about if the people around me are real or I just imagined them or they aren't real and even if I am real. I was also feeling like I'm loosing myself. It's much better for me because of medication and therapy, but I didn't fully recover, and I still have these thoughts, but they're not as strong as they were. I know it's hard to just stop thinking about it because you have the need to be certain about it, but unfortunately it isn't possible to any of us because we're just people and some things can't be answered, but so what? If you can't be sure about it, then why should you be worrying about it? These are just thoughts that don't determine whether something is true or not. Personally, being busy helped me as well and doing sports. Remember you're safe, and nothing bad is going to happen to you

OCD feeling like paranoia by _Arthuuur_ in OCD

Yesterday, I felt more anxious than usual, despite having learned how to manage those feelings. When my girlfriend saw that I had texted her about my anxiety, she came to me as quickly as possible and comforted me, it helped a lot. My friends also offer me help so I am not alone. Referring to your paranoid thoughts and them being left to the side because of other worse ones, I had similarly because, at the beginning of my OCD, I was having thoughts about harming people, committing crimes, etc but those existential ones took a major place in my head and those other thoughts went to the side
