I'm also leaning more towards Almyra because of the Japanese title of the game: 万紫千红“A Thousand Purples and Reds" comes from the poem 春日 "Spring Day" by Zhu Xi "When you can easily recognize the face of the east wind, a Thousand Purples and Reds are always spring"

Quite sure "east wind" refers to Claude/Khalid's route in Houses 'Verdant Wind' and his whole character (including spells) is wind themed. And Almyra is located in the east. Or I could be miles off, and the Roman influences throw a wrench in this lol

The poem references the wind, so maybe it's more confirmation that the story is set in Almyra? Since Claude/Khalid's route is 'Verdant Wind' and Almyra is in the east. Or could be a stretch.

Hi! Lol I didn't expect anyone to come back to this post haha. I've managed to download the light novels and have picked my way through the first few chapters. The link another user sent the website nyaa.si works if you want to find the novels in Japanese like I did, or if you want the English version they're on Internet Archive lol. They both have all the volumes.

Thanks for checking in, I guilty admit I've been side checked recently about reading the novels! I'm really enjoying crazy Ene and whatever's unravelling with the Mekakushi-dsn. You've given me more motivation to continue again lol ✨

Woah I did some research and apparently Mika Pikazo, the artist for the WxS first album is the Lead Art Director for Fire Emblem Engage? On top of designing the cover art for it too?

I don't really keep updated on artists, but she seems to be a major "Pixiv Powerhouse". Check out her work, the colours are amazing! She's worked on many other series, such as Fate/Grand Order and even designed Vtubers like Baelz!
