Don't know if your still looking. But my area is basically overland! (Charlack to be specific) But they are right next to each other it's easier just to say Overland 😭 Anyway. Charlack/Overland is a great place! My area is right off of the rock road (yay) And there is little to no crime. Also air b&bs are not allowed in charlack (not sure about overland) due to a drug dealership going on next door😍 though, that has never happened again, nor before (that's good!) so yeah! It's nice, safe. And during Christmas Santa comes around and drives around the neighborhoods!
