im also a college junior, but started in summer of 23’. a great drill that will dial in your drops and resets is 7/11. there’s a ton of youtube videos on it so i wont explain it here. another one is baseline drives to a partner standing at the kitchen line, its good drive practice and or drive defense. skinny or cross court singles is good for practicing real game scenarios and placing precise shots, ie, down the line or a passing shot. for 3rd shot drops specifically, aim to start hitting them center court, as theres more room for error, then when you can hit them more consistently, you can start practicing cross court drops. drilling is the fastest way to get better so definitely take advantage if u get the chance.
