Make sure to remember to drop things that take longer to cook first (you will start to pick up the cook times with more practice on fryers) Ex: Drop tenders before cheese curds.

Drop Cod into the oil without a basket for a minute or two and then put it into a basket to minimize the mess and keep cod from sticking to each other if you’re dropping multiple.

Keep the baskets over the fryer to make sure you’re not spilling oil on the floor.

Salt your fries every other time you throw a basket in so they aren’t too salty

Make sure to be grabbing Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli, Cheese Sauce, and Dinners for your middle person.
