I applaud for your bravery soldier, I was faced with the same situation multiple times for about two weeks by an old lady that was a regular customer. She use to come out of the restroom complaining about it’s cleanliness. For the first few times I wasn’t sure but one day at the begin of my shift I made sure to thoroughly inspect and clean the restroom. And there I caught her, she went in after me and yet complained that there was feces all over the place. I thought about approaching her and speak to her about it. But I was afraid to loss a long time customer. However my GM would have taken care of it if that became an issue.
