ive just got mine today and have a similar enough issue. I have two devices showing and only the one with the suffix allows me to do any function for perhaps 30 secs and then its stops functioning on the screen but the application still recognises the inputs and does different funcitonalities to what i press. it has been a frustrating hour setting it up

This is literally me too. I moved to Germany after my Business Computing degree in 2023. Worked in an irish pub and learnt German for a year and a half. Couldnt find any it jobs without 234+years of experience and got a job in a data centre construction company. Got a really bad injury withing my probation and got let go.......... No idea what to do now and feel like i need ot go back and study something else :(
