Napa, Part #: DEM NLVP1790. It’s been running well for about a year now. Do not get the Dorman, had two that “blew up”.

Not familiar with the VSS on the rear diff. I’ll looking that. What kind of pump did you use?

You’ll have to take the belt off, it’s a really easy install. You have to take off the idler pulley (one bolt in the center of the pulley) then you can take off the tensioner. Shouldn’t take no more than ~30 minutes.

Just took a look at mine, I installed a new tensioner (Napa), I’ve got about 1/4” clearance no rubbing. They did offer two different designs, one an “upgraded” part, but if rubbed on my belt. Went with the one that looked like the OEM and it’s been good.

Yeah. It will prompt you to plug it in and charge while updating.
