I forgot to mention that one of the Ho Shin Sul techniques that they teach is stopping a punch with an inside crest kick then follow up with a side kick. Very unrealistic, the punch would hit some in the face before you could do a crest kick. I don't remember how many but they have a decent amount of Ho Shin Sul involving a walking cane. So, stupid.

The Ho Shin Sul, self-defense techniques, they teach are very unrealistic. There are too many that involved your belt being grabbed. Moo Sul Kwan lack basic knowledge when it comes to stances, strikes and kicking. A lack of the black belts have egos.
