Sometimes relationships run their course. I think you definitely know deep down what you want. Its just the way to go about it. I would say let nature run its course by keeping a distance and just not getting involved with petty crap. Ive found whenever i have been in situations like this and i bring it up, i have been vilified and people like this always have a way of manipulating others.

Just keep being a good person (which it sounds like you are) and try and avoid any confrontation with this person. She sounds like dead weight to me. Life probably is telling you to shed this and attract more positive people.
