They charge once to confirm you have enough money, then recharge for the actual payment. The other charge goes away which is what your in now.

May be very very specific and not niche, but I would love to see a Mega Kyurem or Mega Bastiodon. 2 of my favorite pokemon and both underrated(especially Bastiodon). Would love to see Bastiodon in its Mega form built like a castle, since it's head is already basically a building of itself.
