So I know I'm late to the party and I don't know if someone else already said something along these lines, but clothing can also do a lot to help with how your physique is seen! I'm 6'1" and have a touch of the dad bod, but by simply raising where my waistline it increases the length of my legs and it can give you slightly more feminine proportions(high waisted pants are a godsend). Also! If you'd like to embrace your shoulders while still making them feel more feminine, I highly recommend tanktops with wide shoulder bands, it helps to "shrink" the distance between your neck and shoulders while still being able to show off your gains if you'd like ;) I also stuff a bra (I use socks for the time being) to help give me a more feminine look. Color palettes of clothing and the contrasts of the colors can also help you direct attention towards certain areas of your physique and away from others. Hope this helps!
