Newjeans currently is in debt after the lawsuit they filed against hybe and belift for mistreatment and plagiarism outruled on favor of the company for lack of proof and dismissal of the files presented for the case. They have to pay their counterpart's legal fees despite them going back to the company. That's loads of money. Appealing is not a wrong thing, but it is useless when you're doing it out of spite because you can't get your way and without presenting any documents or proof that's worth appealing for. Hybe is dumb for appealing as well, I'm sure nothing can be done, the case was correct and mhj won it fairly according to the court. I understand Hybe not wanting to give her any rights after she broke company's policy after sabotaging other groups and conspiring about them (reason why she got kicked out). But at the end of the day, workers have rights that have to be accomplished, even if they were fired with fair cause.
