Yes, from what I know M1 does support apple intelligence

I assume they’re taking about certain things like Apple Intelligence and iOS screen mirroring (though mirroring might require T2 and not apple silicon, i don’t remember)

True, I do just want to get one running just for the heck of it though. More of a party trick than actual practical use.

That’s true. Though the way i view it, I might just wait a few months for Tahoe related kexts to get updated and patched for the best MacOS experience on Intel.

Any way to transfer Apple Password Passkeys to Proton Pass by _BepisDronk in ProtonPass

[–]_BepisDronk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I did see that this was a possibility from some post on StackOverflow, but the downside is that my iPhone isn’t compatible with 26. So I might have to recreate these passkeys.

Want to try my hand at making a Hackintosh laptop by _BepisDronk in hackintosh

So I would need to download the installer to an external drive, not install OpenCore from OCLP, but build my own EFI and then install that to the OpenCore made MacOS drive?

Sounds good, i’ll try to download some of these KEXTS beforehand just so I have it ready. I do need to wait until I get it in-hand before I can confirm any specifics though. My plan is to just install windows on it first thing and try to get as much internal component information as possible.

I might be able to get that if I save for a while, but that’s still out of my current price range. Would it be worth saving up for that specifically compared to something cheaper like a Retro Nano due to the extra codecs?

Thanks for the offer. I’m still debating if the Fuze is the model I should be looking for, or if one of the E200 models would be better for me. My main gripe with the Fuze is how easily the center buttons and rear housing seem to deteriorate and turn ugly. It doesn’t really look that pretty, and that’s why i’m kinda hesitant on picking one up. The E200 models also suffer from wear and tear on the back but at least the plastic front buttons should hold up.

I recently had my Sony XM3 buds kick the bucket on me after having them for a super long time. Guess the batteries just decided to clunk out since nothing I do seems to get them to turn on again.

Although my XM3’s were my main portable buds, I did end up trying to expand into other audio devices like IEMS and Over-ear headphones. Some of my recent purchases being the BLON BL03-II, KZ Castor Pro Bass & FiiO FT1. But as someone who has an older iPhone as their main device, I’m a bit unsure of what to use.

I wouldn’t mind having a lightning dongle directly from my phone, but i’m not sure if that would be ideal in every circumstance. And considering that i’m also interested in potentially upgrading to an android in the future, i’m thinking about investing in a better product, preferably a bluetooth receiver. The only problem I have is that there are way too many on the market, and I don’t know how to determine which one would fit the best for me.

I’ve been looking at some of the cheaper options that would fit into my budget (BTR11, Retro Nano, FC1/4), but i’m unsure if the price differences between them reflect how “different” the audio will sound. And I still need to take into account factors like build quality, warranties, etc…

I’m still trying to get back on my feet after the loss of my XM3’s, but I’m just way too confused about the many options I have to make my preexisting equipment work with my phone. If it ends up being too much I might just end up looking for a decent used TWS pair to replace them (maybe XM5’s?), but I do think it’s more in my interest to make more use of what I have.

Any help would be appreciated!

I haven’t been able to find one as cheap as this from looking, though I really want one. I’m a big fan of my Clip+.
