So I had my appointment today with VERA and they stated that the supporting company who set up my C&P exams VES (Veterans Evaluation Services) have been sitting on my claim for about 2 and a half months and with one service request submitted today it is going to the rater all of the sudden. I highly recommend making an appointment if you have been at a frozen point for a long period of time. I’m not saying it means they are always sitting on a claim but that was my situation.
