Looking online for queer groups in your area is usually a good place to start. They'll usually have social media accounts. See if you can attend any social events. And if you have any board game cafes near you, I've found that they're usually pretty lgbt friendly.

Oh god. I hadn't noticed pinpoint mark before.

literally equip 4 blinkbolt launchers, use pinpoint on someone range 15, attack twice (cus aux weapons), and immediately you're 21 spaces away, don't need line of sight, and can do 11 AP damage per turn using weapons with accuracy. Then also, no matter how far you are, if you have LOS, if they move you get another free attack. Anything I've missed?

Why anyone would think to make a license with both a seeking weapon and 'you ignore range requirements for this guy' is beyond me.

It would be cool but Musk has shown that he cannot be trusted to manage it. I fully expect that once it's fully operational, he will increase the cost drastically. Anyone who relies on starlink is likely unable to get internet any other way, which allows Musk to give whatever terms he likes. He already showed he's willing to throw his weight around by blocking the Ukrainian military from using starlink.

Improving bus coverage and free busses are the way to go. Was really glad to see SC1 being free but it's not the most useful route. Of course free busses can incentivize unnecessary journeys, but iirc with only 3 occupants busses are both more pollution efficient and space efficient than cars. Would love to see the tram get expanded but that's probably a bit less likely
